Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry / claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering in this promotion, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy, and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the campaign, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.

  1. The promotion is open to UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), Isle of Man, and Channel Island residents aged 18+ only and excludes employees and the immediate families of Nestlé UK Ltd (“the Promoter”), its affiliated companies, agents or anyone else professionally connected to the promotion.
  2. Internet access required.
  3. Purchase necessary (No Purchase Necessary in NI). Please retain promotional code and pack as proof of purchase.
  4. Maximum of two (2) prizes per person only during the promotional period. There is no limit to the number of times a participant may enter, so long as a different unique promotional pack and code is used for each entry. Anyone trying to circumvent this rule by using alternative details will be disqualified from this promotion. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups, agents, third parties or syndicates will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of programme, application, script, brute force or any other automated means, that person’s claim(s) will be disqualified, and any voucher/credit awarded will be void.
  5. Conduct of entry: The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the code redemption process or the operation of the promotion; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.
  6. Anyone trying to circumvent the rules stated in these Terms & Conditions by using alternative details will be disqualified from this promotion.
Promotional Period:
  1. The promotion will run between 00.00 on 09.09.19 and 23.59 on 09.09.20. Entries outside of these dates and times will not be accepted into the promotion.
  1. Total of 50,000 x £9.99 Sky Store movie vouchers have been randomly allocated via winning moments during the promotional period.
  2. Each prize consists of one (1) £9.99 Sky Store movie voucher.
  3. The voucher will credit the user’s Sky Store account with £9.99 to be used on any future Sky Store product for up to 1 year from the date it is applied to the account. Vouchers must be applied to your Sky Store account by 31.12.20. Once applied to your Sky Store account, you will have 12 months in which to use your voucher balance.
  4. Maximum two (2) x £9.99 Sky Store vouchers can be won in total per person throughout the promotional period.
How to Enter:
  1. To enter for a chance to win a £9.99 Sky Store voucher, participants must:
    1. Purchase a participating promotional pack of Nestlé sharing bags whilst stocks last (see clause 23 for participating products);
    2. Visit www.nestle-promotions.co.uk/win;
    3. Enter their full name, email address, county and the unique 12-character promotional code found inside promotional packs to find out instantly online if they are a winner
  2. To enter without purchase in Northern Ireland only – send your name, age, full postal address and email address to: Nestlé Sky Store 2019/2020 Promotion NPN, Consumer Services, Nestlé UK Ltd, Haxby Road, York, YO91 1XY. Once the request has been verified, a promotional code will be provided via email, which can then be entered on the microsite in order to enter the promotion and find out instantly online if you are a winner. Only one entry per stamped, correctly mailed envelope. A maximum of 2 claims permitted per person throughout the promotion period. No Purchase Necessary applications must be received by the Promoter no later than 02.09.20 to ensure that requests can be processed before the end of the main promotion. Any applications received after this date will not be processed.
  3. No Purchase Necessary requests will be subject to verification.
  4. Promotional codes and Sky Store movie vouchers can only be used once and by the genuine winner only. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified.
  5. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with purchases made on a Sky+HD box or a Sky Q box, although Buy and Keep purchases may be sent to your Sky box at www.skystore.com and then can be sent to the box by selecting the options ‘’send to box”. 'Send to Sky Box' is not available on rental titles
  6. You must have an existing Sky Store account or set up a new account to redeem your voucher and accept the Sky Store Terms and Conditions. You must be aged over 18.
  7. When you add the voucher to your account, your account will be credited with £9.99. When you make your next Sky Store purchase, the cost will be deducted from the value held in your account and if there is any difference between the cost of the purchase and the value in your account, you will need to pay this amount.
  8. Vouchers must be applied to the Sky Store account by 23.59 on 31.12.20. Having applied the voucher to your Sky Store account, participants have a maximum of 1 year to spend the credit on a product available in Sky Store.
    Sky Store requires a connected Wi-Fi enabled compatible device and software (see skystore.com/help). You can watch online through skystore.com, on-the-go via the app on a mobile device, including a mobile, tablet, PC, Mac, Now TV or Roku box. Sky Box holders can watch after purchasing Buy & Keep content on Sky Store and sending to their box. To watch on TV you will need to be a Sky TV customer with a compatible Sky+HD box or Sky Q box connected to broadband (and have linked your skystore.com account to your Sky box) or have an LG Smart TV. Minimum speed for streaming is 2.5Mbps for SD or 5Mbps for HD. 3G/4G/Wi-Fi (charges may apply). Downloads unavailable on some devices.
  9. Pre-order purchases are not valid for purchase with your Sky Store voucher. Sky Store Voucher Terms and Condition apply – found at: www.skystore.com/legal/terms-and-conditions.
  10. By claiming the Sky Store voucher, participants accept that they will be supplying their details to Sky Store and will comply with their Terms and Conditions, which can be found at www.skystore.com/legal/terms-and-conditions. Nestlé will not use your personal information for any purpose other than to contact you if you win and for the fulfilment of this prize, Nestlé will not share your personal information with Sky.
  11. If chosen as part of your purchase, you will be sent a physical copy of your purchased Buy & Keep title to the address registered to your Sky Store account within 5 days of purchase.

    These products apply only when the pack features the ‘Win a Sky Store Movie. 50,000 to be won’ promotional flash, and while stocks last.
Winner selection and notification:
  1. During the promotional period, prizes have been randomly allocated and linked to ‘winning moments’ which have been randomly pre-selected by a secure, independently verified computer programme. There are fifty thousand (50,000) winning moments available throughout the promotional period. The first person to enter a unique promotional code on or after the allocated winning moment will have been deemed to have won. All prizes are available to be won.
  2. Winners will be notified online immediately after entry and will also be sent a confirmation email to confirm their win. Winners must then follow the on-screen instructions in order to verify their win and claim their prize.
  3. Winners will be subject to a full verification process. Winners may be asked to provide their promotional pack with the unique code and proof of purchase in order to verify their claim.
  4. Proof of sending is not proof of purchase. Responsibility cannot be accepted for any requested claims that are lost, damaged or delayed, nor any associated costs to entrants.
  5. In the event that any winner is disqualified from the promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw their prize and return to the pool if possible. Any prize left unclaimed after 23.59 on 31.12.20 will be deemed void.
How to claim your Sky Store movie voucher:
  1. Winners will be informed online immediately after submitting their entry if they have won. The winner will then need to follow the below claim process on skystore.com:
    • Redeem by clicking the ‘Claim now’ button on the winner notification screen or within your email to go to skystore.com/redeem; Alternatively enter the URL into your browser, enter the code featured within your email and redeem
    • Sign in or Sign up (you don’t need to be a Sky TV customer)
    • Choose your movie from skystore.com
  2. In the event that the winner does not wish to claim their Sky Store movie voucher immediately after being notified of their win, they will also be sent an automatic email which includes a direct link to allow the claim of the voucher at a later date, as well as a copy of their unique voucher code. All Sky Store vouchers must be applied to winners Sky Store accounts by 23.59 on 31.12.20.
  3. All winners are subject to verification. For assistance with redeeming your Sky Store movie voucher please contact Sky Store customer support on 0333 2022 134. Calls to this number are free for Sky Talk Customers. If you reside in the UK and are not with Sky Talk, calls to 03 numbers cost the same as calls to 01 or 02 numbers and are included in your calls package. If you don't have a calls package, charges may apply and vary by provider. BT customers pay 9.58p per minute and 15.97p connection.
  1. All entrants will be required to provide one genuine email address only, that is personal, valid and accessible throughout the promotion. In the event that the specified information is not provided or is incorrect, the entry may be considered incomplete and therefore the Promoter reserves the right to invalidate the entry.
  2. Entries made from additional email accounts will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant (person) is using an alternate or alias email account(s) in addition to their own as a means to circumvent this condition that person’s entries will be subsequently disqualified and any prize awarded, or in the process of being awarded, will be void.
  3. In the event of a genuine email address becoming inaccessible during the promotion, the Promoter is not able to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new email address.
  4. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable unless otherwise stated and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. In the event for any reason the user does not take any element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the user and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize, unless otherwise agreed. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prize will only be awarded directly to the participant.
  5. Promotional codes must be entered online exactly as they appear in the pack. Each promotional code is unique and can only be used once. Attempts to enter using the same promotional code more than once, codes from non-promotional packs, codes not intended for use in this promotion, or entering on someone else’s behalf, may result in disqualification and all entries will be declared void.
  6. The promotional codes have no value and cannot be transferred or sold.
  7. By entering, participants agree that entry into this promotion shall be at their sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its officers, directors, employees, and agents and Sky Store (and its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, collectively “Sky”) make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content of www.nestle-promotions.co.uk/win or the content of any sites linked to this site and assume no liability or responsibility for:
    1. Late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
    2. Any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of codes at any point in the operation of this promotion.
    3. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regards to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion.
    4. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the microsite or any combination thereof.
    5. Any bugs, viruses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through www.nestle-promotions.co.uk/win by any third party, and/or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via www.nestle-promotions.co.uk/win.
    6. Any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained by any persons or property (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
    7. Promotional codes that are damaged or defaced in the way the product packaging is opened. If a promotional code is unreadable due to a genuine printing error, participants should take a photograph of the inside of the pack, and send it via email to Nestlé Consumer Services: consumer.services@uk.nestle.com, or contact Nestlé Consumer Services by telephone on freephone 00800 6378 5385. Any request for assistance with codes must be received by 02.09.20 to ensure that the request can be processed before the closing date.
    8. Any third party products or services, including any websites, products and systems operated by Sky Store and its parent company Sky.
  8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for the packs and relevant codes, email address and identity details (which must be provided within 14 calendar days) and to refuse to fulfil the prize or withdraw entitlement to the prize and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or claimed using fraudulent means.
  9. The Promoter and its partners reserve the right to refuse entry or terminate an active Sky Store voucher from users if there is reason to believe that the Sky Store voucher was acquired via fraudulent means.
  10. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the promotion or accepting the prize or any injury or damage to the entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile telephone relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the promotion.
  11. By taking part in the promotion, winners agree that Nestlé may contact them to ask whether they want to participate in marketing activities relating to the promotion.
  12. Subject to Nestlé’s Privacy Policy, the surnames and counties of verified winners will be available upon request by sending an email to consumer.services@uk.nestle.com with the subject line ‘WINNERS LIST: Sky Store Movie promotion’ for a period of 3 months following the end of the promotion. If any winner objects to their information being published, then they can contact us by emailing UKI.Dataprotection@uk.nestle.com with the subject line ‘Sky Store Movie Promotion’
  13. The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all promotional matters.
  14. In the event of exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the fulfilment of the prize, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
  15. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the participating country, but any disputes as to the meaning of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
  16. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
  17. Data Protection: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent/you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. The surnames and counties of verified winners will be made available as set out in Clause 43 above and winners can object to this by emailing UKI.Dataprotection@uk.nestle.com. Otherwise, your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 as applicable.
