Q. I don’t have a Sky TV subscription. Can I still redeem the prize?
A. Yes, Sky Store is open to everyone. You can buy or rent movies online through skystore.com, on-the-go via the app on a mobile device, including a mobile, tablet, PC, Mac, Now TV or Roku box. Sky Box holders can watch after purchasing Buy & Keep content on Sky Store and sending to their box. To watch on TV you will need to be a Sky TV customer with a compatible Sky+HD box or Sky Q box connected to broadband (and have linked your Skystore.com account to your Sky box) or have an LG Smart TV. Minimum speed for streaming is 2.5Mbps for SD or 5Mbps for HD. 3G/4G/Wi-Fi (charges may apply). Please note that downloads are unavailable on some devices.
Q. Can I enter last year’s promotion still?
A. Yes, you can still enter pack codes from the 2018 promotion to add to your account, but you won’t be able to use these along with pack codes from the 2019 promotion. You will be able to enter codes from packs within the 2018 promotion up until 23.59 BST on 10.09.19. Click here to enter into the 2018 promotion. After this time, the 2018 promotion will close and any 2018 pack codes un-redeemed will be deemed void.
Q. How do I enter the promotion?
A. To enter for your chance to win a £9.99 Sky Store voucher, participants must:
a) Purchase a participating promotional pack of Nestlé confectionery sharing bags whilst stocks last (see below section for participating products).
b) Visit www.nestle-promotions.co.uk/win
c) Enter their full name, county, email address and the unique 12-character promotional code found inside promotional packs.
d) Entrants will be notified immediately on screen if they are a winner.
e) Winners will be asked to follow further instructions to claim their prize and will also be sent a confirmation email.
Q. How long do I have to claim my Sky Store voucher?
A. You must enter your unique code found on participating promotional packs for your chance to win a £9.99 Sky Store voucher on www.nestle-promotions.co.uk/win by 09.09.20. If you’re a lucky winner, you must then assign the credit to your Sky Store account by 31.12.20.
Q. How long will the Sky Store credit last for?
A. The voucher will credit the user’s account with £9.99 to be used on any future Sky Store product for up to 1 year from the date it is applied to the account. No vouchers will be valid after 31.12.21.

While unique codes will always be printed on the inside of promotional packs, they may not always appear in the same location.

Q. How many times can I redeem the offer?
A. There is no limit to the number of times a participant may enter, so long as a different unique promotional pack and code is used for each entry. Maximum of two (2) prizes per person only during the promotional period.
Q. How old do I have to be to redeem my Sky Store voucher?
A. You must be 18 or older to participate in this promotion.
Q. Do I need to keep hold of my promotional wrappers?
A. Yes, promotional packaging and codes should be retained for claim and verification purposes.
Q. I am not in the UK. Can I still enter?
A. Only residents of UK, IoM and CI can enter the promotion.
Q. How do I use my £9.99 Sky Store voucher?
A. Sky Store vouchers can only be redeemed at skystore.com and not via a Sky TV box, although once a Buy & Keep title is purchased, it may be sent to a compatible Sky box.
To redeem your voucher, click the ‘Claim now’ button on the winner notification screen or within your email to go to skystore.com/redeem; Alternatively enter the URL into your browser, enter the code featured within your email and redeem.
If this is your first visit you will need to sign up (there is no cost to do this) or if you are registered already, just click ‘Sign in’.
When logged in, click ‘Redeem’ then select your movie and follow the on-screen instructions to either:
a) Watch straight away online through skystore.com.

A. You can watch Sky Store movies online at skystore.com or on your NOW TV or Roku Android/iOS mobiles and tablets. If you have SKY TV, you can watch Buy & Keep Sky Store content on your compatible Sky box.
To watch on TV, you will either need to be a Sky TV customer with a black Sky+/Sky Q box connected to broadband (and have linked skystore.com to your sky box), or have a NOW TV or Roku box connected to your TV.

Q. What broadband speed do I need to watch Sky Store movies and TV shows online?
A. We recommend a minimum speed of 5 Mbps to watch your movies and TV shows in HD, and 2.5 Mbps to watch in SD without interruptions.
Q. What devices can I use to watch Sky Store movies and TV shows?
A. If you have Sky TV, you can watch Buy & Keep Sky Store movies and TV shows on your compatible Sky box.

Q. How long do I have to watch a movie or TV show I buy?
A. The movie you buy is yours to keep and watch again and again whenever you want.
If you choose to rent a film, rental content is available to stream in SD only. Any rental content you have rented via a device and are permitted to receive will be made available to you by Sky Store on the device you have registered.
Rental content may be rented and viewed on any device you have registered for use with Sky Store. However, you cannot view content you've rented on a device on a box. Separate terms and conditions apply to the rental and viewing of rental content on a box. Sky Store will make these known to you prior to any rental you make via a box.
The timeframes in which you may watch content you have rented may be limited to certain 'access periods'. For example, in the case of content rented from Sky Store, once you start watching the rental content, you must normally finish watching it within 48 hours. Also, your access period will normally expire 30 days after the date on which you paid for that rental content (even if you haven't finished watching it). Stopping, pausing or re-starting rental content won't extend the access period for watching it. Once the relevant access period has expired, the rental content will no longer be available to you. The applicable access period (which may vary for each piece of content) will be stated on Sky Store at the time you rent the content.
